Meet Nana
I’m Nana Meulengracht Larsen – an International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentialed Transformative Life & Career Coach, certified First Aid for Mental Health Trainer, and ADHD Coach-in-training. Based in London and working online internationally, I draw on both lived experience and professional practice.
Bilingual in English and Danish, I support individuals and organisations in building wellbeing cultures through:
Coaching – one-to-one support for life, career, neurodiversity, and wellbeing.
Training – certified First Aid for Mental Health qualifications.
Facilitation & Leadership – equity, diversity, inclusion, belonging, and leadership development.

I gained a greater level of self-confidence and I can reflect on my maternity leave year with a sense of pride that, not only did I give birth to a beautiful baby boy, but I also managed to retrain, developed a personal brand, studied and investigated my financial position to afford a mortgage, and we went travelling for 7 weeks (without compromising the financial goal to buy our own home). At the end of my maternity leave I was able to resign from my job. The coaching sessions helped me to add new positive behaviours into my life.
