I'm Nana Meulengracht Larsen
A London-based, International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentialed Leadership and Wellbeing Coach, Consultant and First Aid for Mental Health trainer.

I gained a greater level of self-confidence and I can reflect on my maternity leave year with a sense of pride that, not only did I give birth to a beautiful baby boy, but I also managed to retrain, developed a personal brand, studied and investigated my financial position to afford a mortgage, and we went travelling for 7 weeks (without compromising the financial goal to buy our own home). At the end of my maternity leave I was able to resign from my job. The coaching sessions helped me to add new positive behaviours into my life.
