Why I do this work
Change can be hard, but it can also be transformative.
I know this because I’ve lived it – through career transitions, leadership roles, and personal challenges that reshaped how I see life and work.
Each experience strengthened my belief that with the right support, we can adapt, grow, and create balance.
My own turning points – from navigating parenthood and blended, neurodiverse family structures, to leadership burnout and rediscovering my priorities – taught me the power of coaching and the importance of wellbeing.
Coaching gave me clarity, resilience, and a sense of possibility.
It’s also what inspired me to become a coach myself.
Today, I combine my professional training with 25+ years of leadership experience to help others build the confidence, balance, and direction they need – in life, work, and within their organisations.

Transformative Coaching
Transformative coaching is about more than solving problems – it’s about building the confidence, clarity, and balance to thrive.
I work one-to-one with people navigating life and career transitions, growing as leaders, embracing neurodiversity, or simply wanting to feel more grounded and resilient. Together we build strong foundations of wellbeing so you can take ownership of your choices and create meaningful, sustainable change.
First Aid for mental health training
Mental health and wellbeing are central to building wellbeing cultures.
My Ofqual-regulated First Aid for Mental Health training equips people with the skills to recognise when someone is struggling, start supportive conversations, and signpost them to professional help. The training is practical, engaging, and designed to build both confidence and compassion at home, with clients and in the workplace.
Facilitation & Leadership Building Better Wellbeing Cultures in the Workplace
With nearly three decades of leadership and front-facing experience in the arts, culture, and hospitality sectors, I now bring that knowledge into facilitation, leadership development, and wellbeing-focused coaching.
I partner with service-based organisations and teams to create inclusive, resilient, and engaged workplaces.
My approach blends facilitation, coaching, and mental health training to strengthen equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging; support leaders to manage stress and change with confidence; and build wellbeing cultures where people thrive.
